Two-Double-Oh-Eight

It will be a couple of hours before the new year arrives and I still can’t believe how fast time flies. Let’s see if I did what I wanted to do this year, shall we?

1. Get healthy =) Saiful has promised to take me to the gym.
Well, I did it partially, no thanks to Eps (Saiful’s new nickname xD). I ate less, ate healthier, and jogged more.

2. Go to Kedah just to see the paddy fields (confirm memang jakun xD)
Nope, didn’t do this one. I did however made my second trip to KB.

3. Read more fictions than last year.
This I did with no problems. Read an abundance of books thanks to Aunty Nana’s stock of chick lits.

4. TRY to revive the club even though it looks like a hopeless mission.
The club is totally out of my reach the last time I checked. Too bad.

5. Learn how Adobe Illustrator works. Even though the boys convinced me that it’s just like Photoshop, I still don’t get it xD
Still trying to grasp the idea of how it all works but I’m getting better at it =)

6. TRY to be less hard headed xD
Okay, okay, I tried but it’s who I am. Plus, I always get my way by being hard headed =p

7. Convince Wanie to have our birthdays at McD with all the balloons, mascots and such xD
No McD but we did have a celebration.

8. Go out with Muthu at least once. Lama gila haven’t seen this guy xD
I still want to =) I did get to see the girls more tho

9. Do another internship during the semester break.
The timing wasn’t appropriate at the time plus it wasn’t long enough to secure a contract.

10. Get two more Dean’s List awards (I’m greedy, I know xD).
Yeah, baby! I did it!

11. Polish up my writing and have a published article at least one time.
My writing improved a bit, so I’ve been told but yet to be published worthy =(

12. Find a way to shop and getting money out of it =P
I swear if I ever found out how to do this, I’ll spread the word.

13. Find a gay friend who can design and sew meticulously. I want my own private designer xD
B reacted with a “You do know that your girl is a niece of a fashion designer, right?” with such a hurt look. Darling, I can’t afford Kirana just yet okay =)

So yeah, that was what I did.

The End of My Fave Tragic Romance

The curtain has come to a close to this reality play of tragic love. My very own version of Romeo and Juliet has come to an end.

I love these two people. She was my Capulet and he, my Montague. Even though everything look bleak, I still hope things will be for the best. God has his ways.

No, nobody died. Thank goodness for that. Well, at least physically none were hurt.

Yes, I’m sad that the play has ended (well, if it’s not it looks like it) but all I want to do now is be by my Juliet’s side, give her a hug and my support.

For One More Time

For one more time,
I wish I were able to change the past,
The things that I’ve done,
The paths that I walked and paved,
The ones that I’ve passed and touched by.

For one more time,
I wish I could see the world with untainted thoughts,
Embrace it with eyes wide open
and hands warm with welcome.

I longed to hold the memory of the ones before me,

and the adventures he embarked,

The Girl Who Needs A Lil’ Sunshine

It’s been raining non-stop since yesterday morning. Don’t get me wrong. I do love the rain but too much of something is never good.

I love the smell of rain but now my nose is too full with mucus to enjoy it.

I love the rain against my skin but now I’m too feverish to go play outside.

Was suppose to go to the arcade yesterday with the siblings but yeah, the rain stopped us. I hate going out when it rains all day.

Looks like Taiko no Tatsujin have to wait.
