As said in the previous post, Wanie, Sarah, Mek Jah and me are now officially tenants of the 27th house on Jalan 18/18. Not as if we can’t apply a place in one of the in-campus accomodations but it’s just not something new to experience. Now at least I can tick off one more thing of my list of What-To-Do-Before-Graduating-With-My-Degree. Ahh… I feel a little bit grown up now =p

We rented out two rooms but it seems like we rented out the whole place to ourselves. Other than the two rooms, we can use the kitchen, the things that’s in the kitchen(inclusive of the food), the toilets(obviously, kan?), the washing machine and tv at any time we want. Plus, we get free facials and massages.

You would think we would’ve paid a fortune for all that. Wrong! We only have to fork out RM84/month which includes the bills. *Gasp* I know! We’re lucky aren’t we? RM 420/each for the whole semester. I think it’s about the same amount that we have to pay if we were to stay inside.

The perks of not staying inside campus? No curfew. No crummy food. No need to fight for TV. No need to que just to shower. And definitely, no radio blasting in the middle of the night.

The downside? No internet(because I’m to lazy to set an account =p). No Astro(which, supprisingly, I can live without).

Nenek(the old lady who owns the house) is growing to our likeness, as well. She’s a bit of a chatterbox and makes us laugh everyday. She has no problem if any of us would want to go out at night but she would want us to be home safe as soon as possible. It’s kind of having your grandmother living with you but she is also like a friend. I like her better than my own grandmother but don’t tell Opah about that. Ok?

The last two weeks have been a hectic one and I’m wiped out. Here’s a few snippets to get you up to speed:

  • I’ve enrolled myself into UiTM(again!) for BSc. (Hons.) Actuarial Science on the July 9th. Still not sure if I’m staying or not but it looks that I will =P
  • The inferiority complex that usually happens when diploma and matriculation students are in the same class did happen. Only instead of them, my previous dip. classmates are the ones with the inferiorityness. Me? Frankly I couldn’t care less if these snooty-oh-so-intelligent children are smarter than me. I will do nothing short of my best. Gambatte!
  • I finally took up Japanese as my 3rd language. Watashi wa daisuki nihongo desu!
  • My former crushee is in the same class. ‘Nuff said.
  • I am renting a room in Section 18 with Wanie, Sarah and Mek Jah.
  • Naz-chan has already left for UNSW and I miss her badly. Now I don’t have anyone to watch horror movies, eat sushi and make incomplete notes with. =’(

I guess that’s all that’s need to be updated. Will blog more later about my housing arangements because I love it so much. Toodles.

In the ever growing land of Sun and Rain live two good friends, Pie Pie and Plum Plum. These two have been friends since 14 monsoons ago. Pie Pie is cute with her pumpkin-like face and huggableness while Plum Plum is beautiful with her rose coloured cheeks and sweetness.

Even though Pie Pie and Plum Plum don’t usually agree on musical terms, they have a lot of common grounds between them. Both loves books to pieces and both loves to write. Pie Pie always consider Plum Plum the better writer (and should make a living out of it) while she herself writes for fun. Both have the same taste in home decor and thinks another friend’s house is just too OTT even though it was supposed to be inspired by Pie Pie’s house. Other things that they have an equally love for are fashion, shopping and the favourite four-letters word. The can both agree that THE basic practical clothing (even if it cost the bomb) should be invested. Being fashionistas-to-be, Pie Pie and Plum Plum always consult each other on the latest buys or outfits for future events.

One day, Plum Plum texted Pie Pie.
“Does Pie Pie have have a sweatshirt for Plum Plum to borrow for her trip to the Highlands of Fun and Games?”

Personally, Pie Pie hate sweatshirts because she thinks it makes her look like a man with burly beer gut. She however love sweat jackets to bits.
“Sorry Plum Plum. I don’t have any. Pie Pie thinks that Pie Pie’s clothes would be too big for Plum Plum.”

Opps! Big mistake. Plum Plum hates it when Pie Pie thinks she’s too big(which is true. The medicine man said so too :P ). Plum Plum didn’t reply the text so Pie Pie wrote a note:

Dear Plum Plum,

Pie Pie sorry for bringing up the I’m-too-big-no-clothes-will-fit-me talk. So, to make it up to you, and I know it’s 7 moons early, I want to be the first to wish you Happy 42nd Monsoon Birthday!

Kanpai!

Pie Pie

Then, Pie Pie asked a carrier pigeon to send the note to Plum Plum. Pie Pie hopes the pigeon won’t lost it’s way. Worse still if it gobbled up the Chocolate Orange Marble Cake Pie Pie baked for Plum Plum. *Sigh* Pie Pie hopes Plum Plum gets the note AND the cake.

The End.

The past few weeks have been spent mostly with DivaMom’s side of the family. We had hearty lunches and yummylicious dinners. I love being around them. Well, most of the time anyways.

During one of our dinners at Pizza Hut, one of my littlie cousin asked: “Kakak, when was your first kiss? How was it?”

O.o

OMFG! It just came out of no where!

My spoonful of Creme of Mushroom halted halfway to my mouth as I blinked at my littlie cousin. I swear if I had taken that spoonful of soup, I would’ve sprayed it all out at my aunt. The table was awfully silent and I just knew that EVERYONE on our table was looking at me. I wished the floor would just open up and swallow me alive.

After what seemed like forever, I mumbled something that I can’t even remember. After un-halting my spoonful of Creme of Mushroom, I said “Eat, drink and be merry everyone! Hahaha!” so loud that the people around us turned to stare at the obnoxious girl that I was trying to be.

Truth to be told, my first kiss wasn’t that eventful. Heck, it wasn’t even a kiss. It was more like a peck on the lips. Clearly something that I never have had imagine my first kiss would be like.

It was at Farique’s 14th birthday party. Okay, not exactly a party since the ones that came were me, Faris, Eddie, Farah and MissSuperSpoiledBRAT. We were playing Spin the Bottle, Truth or Dare style. Edddie spun the bottle and when it points to me I chose DARE. So Eddie dared me to kiss Farique ON THE LIPS. I hate to lose so I gave Farique a peck on the lips. That was that.

See… I TOLD you it was JUST a peck on the lips =P
